層香豆皮



【材  料】
新鮮豆皮.....3片
九層塔葉絲..少許

【調 味 料】
細砂糖......1/2小匙
醬油.........1/4小匙
香油.........1/2小匙

【做  法】
1.新鮮豆皮洗淨,以廚房紙巾吸乾水分,放入熱油鍋中小火略煎至呈金黃色,盛出切成絲備用。
2.將作法1放入大碗中,加入所有調味料及九層塔葉絲充分拌勻即可。
