材料:洋菜粉12g、水600g、細砂糖600g、紅豆沙400g、鹽4g、麥芽糖200g

做法:準備鍋子把水倒入後開火放入洋菜粉,放入後不要攪拌煮到鍋中的洋菜粉溶化變成清澈狀即可,再來把細砂糖、鹽倒入鍋中,煮到濃稠感且糖水清澈有膠質感即可,最後把紅豆­沙小塊小塊放入,再用攪拌棒攪拌均勻,把火關掉後麥芽糖倒入攪拌溶化,另準備模具把煮好的羊羹倒入,常溫靜置後就會凝結之後就可以切塊冷藏食用,這樣就完成紅豆羊羹
