2.         參加者必須憑百佳超級市場、INTERNATIONAL或TASTE之單一收據正本致電3612 9055登記，收據日期及登記日期必須為2012年10月12日至11月8日。
3.         每張收據只可登記一次。
4.         任何不完整、偽造或損壞(包括因印刷或任何錯誤所致)、影印本或重印的收據將不被接納。
5.         參加者必須提供收據編號、香港身份證號碼首4位數字及電話號碼作登記之用。
6.         參加者所輸入的資料將不可更改，所有資料均以電話登記之記錄為準，錯誤或不完整的資料將被視作無效。
7.         參加者請保留收據正本作領獎之用。
8.         所有獎品不得兌換現金。
9.         以上獎品之圖片只供參考，一切以實物為準。獎品價值將以最新市場零售價格為準。
10.         得獎結果將刊登於2012年11月23日之星島日報及英文虎報。
11.         得獎者將獲專人通知領獎詳情，得獎者必須提供身份證明文件及中獎收據正本以核實身份及作領獎之用，否則得獎資格將會被取消，收據正本於領獎後將不予發還。

2.         Participants must call 3612 9055 for registration with one single original receipt issued by PARKnSHOP supermarket, INTERNATIONAL or TASTE. Receipt date and registration date must be for the period from 12 Oct to 8 Nov, 2012.
3.         Each receipt can be registered only once.
4.         Any incomplete, fake or damaged (including caused by printing or any mistakes), photocopy or reprint receipts will not be accepted.
5.         Participants must provide receipt number, Hong Kong Identify Card (first 4 digits) and telephone number for registration.
6.         Participants' input data will not be changed. All input data recorded in the system shall be final and conclusive. Wrong or incomplete data will be treated as invalid.
7.         Participants must retain the original receipts for prize redemption.
8.         All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
9.         The pictures of the above prizes are for reference only, the actual prizes shall be considered as final. The value of the prizes is subject to current market retail price.
10.         Winner list will be published in the Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 23 Nov, 2012.
11.         Winners will be notified individually by phone for prize collection details. Winners must provide an identity document and the original winning receipt for verification and prize collection, otherwise winners' qualifications will be cancelled. The original receipt will not be returned after prize collection.
